Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify payments and supporting documents.
• Record daily transactions in the system.
• Monitor payments and prepare client invoices.
• Maintain GL records and document filing.
• Handle PDO and PPDO.
• Check invoice accuracy before issuance and coordinate invoice matters with related teams.
• Update invoice and Air Waybill (AWB) records.
• Send invoices and supporting documents to clients.
• Handle other related administrative tasks.
