Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-audit data and documentation for financial years.
• Perform monthly reconciliation checks and issue invoices.
• Oversee the purchase to payable cycle and verify invoices.
• Initiate payments and confirm tax calculations.
• Manage AR aging and collections.
• Update finance tracker based on agreements.
• Calculate exposure related to provider or merchant issues.
• Maintain accounting journals in Xero.
