Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn the process of receiving, checking, and verifying invoice billing document completeness.
• Assist in creating and printing invoices and receipts (reviewed by senior staff).
• Help recapitulate client invoice data and payment records.
• Learn the bank reconciliation process (reconciling account data with system data).
• Assist in organizing and archiving financial documents neatly.
