Job summary

Job description

This is a Basic Staff Finance position in the Finance Department, located at the head office. The role involves learning and assisting with basic financial administration including receivables, invoicing, expenses, and bank reconciliation, under the guidance of a senior staff member, as an initial step toward the Junior Staff Finance level.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the process of receiving, checking, and verifying invoice billing document completeness
• Assist in creating and printing invoices and receipts (reviewed by senior staff)
• Help recapitulate client invoice data and payment records
• Learn the bank reconciliation process (reconciling account data with system data)
• Assist in organizing and archiving financial documents (invoices, transaction notes) neatly
• Learn the expense process (managing, distributing, and recapitulating fund allocation)

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Financial Management, or Economics
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience in finance
