Job summary

PT Pestindo Central Optima is seeking a Junior Manager Finance & IT to support the Manager Finance & IT in leading and developing all finance and IT functions at the national level, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, managing P&L, budgeting and cash flow.

You will oversee the national finance and IT team, ensure timely accounting, prepare consolidated reports, manage budgeting, tax compliance, cash flow, and coordinate with departments for audits and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Economics (S2 preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, with minimum 2-3 years at Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor level.
• Consolidated Financial Reporting expertise.
• Cashflow Management expertise.
• National Budgeting expertise.
• Tax Compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Finance & IT team at national level (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Staff).
• Ensure all accounting and bookkeeping processes run accurately and on time.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) for management.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and timely reporting.
• Manage national cash flow.
• Analyze operational costs and profitability for national efficiency recommendations.
• Coordinate with other departments for budgeting and realization.
• Manage internal and external audit processes (external auditors, BPK, tax).
• Ensure completeness of financial documents for due diligence purposes (acquisitions).
