Job summary

MyRobin is seeking a detail-oriented Finance/Accounting intern in Jakarta to assist with payment processing, invoicing, and month-end close activities. You will work hybrid, supporting Excel/Sheets tasks and coordinating with Finance, HR, and operations teams.

Responsibilities include processing payment requests, monitoring invoices and card usage, reconciling data, and helping with client invoice collection and document delivery, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in Jakarta and willing to work in a hybrid environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling financial data and documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
