Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payment requests through Peakflo and preparing payments via BCA.
• Monitor invoices, corporate card usage, cash advances, and interdepartmental payments.
• Support month-end closing in coordination with Finance, Accounting, and HR Operations.
• Assist with client invoice collection, follow-ups, and invoice administration and delivery.
