Job summary

PT Kolmar Lab Indonesia is seeking a hands-on Finance & HRGA Manager to oversee financial operations, HR, and general administration for its Jakarta office. You will help establish the subsidiary's backbone, ensure regulatory compliance, and support management with cross-functional processes.

The role requires a proactive, multi-hat professional with experience in accounting, payroll, tax and HR policies within Indonesia, reporting to headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance/HRGA generalist roles.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations and labor law.

Responsibilities

• Finance: manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Tax: coordinate with local tax consultants and ensure compliance.
• HR: recruit, onboard, payroll administration and HR policy development.
• Office admin: facilities, vendor management and legal document handling.
• Support management with travel arrangements and administrative tasks.

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Finance & HRGA Manager to oversee financial operations, human resources, and general administrative affairs for our Jakarta office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play a foundational role in a newly established subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Handle tax compliance and coordinate with local tax consultants
• Oversee cash flow, banking transactions, and budget management
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for headquarters

HR

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Administer payroll and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law
• Support performance management and employee relations
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor relationships
• Handle company licensing, permits, and legal document management
• Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment
• Coordinate travel arrangements and administrative support for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar Finance/HRGA generalist role
• Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor law
• Experience working with or reporting to a foreign (preferably Korean) headquarters is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel in particular)
