Job summary

MCC is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional in Cikarang, West Java to support monthly closing, tax compliance, and cost analysis. You will work closely with internal teams and external tax authorities to ensure accurate reporting and robust controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting with Tax Brevet A & B and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or tax/accounting firms, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Tax Brevet A & B required.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance/controlling, preferably in manufacturing or tax/accounting firms.
• Strong Indonesian tax knowledge (VAT, WHT, CIT) and audit support experience.
• Experience in SSC environments preferred.
• Proficient Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Controller in monthly closing and reporting.
• Review P&L, reconciliations, supporting schedules for accuracy.
• Assist in cost monitoring and cost visibility improvements.
• Coordinate Indonesian tax compliance and audits (VAT, WHT, CIT, transfer pricing).
• Coordinate with SSC on accounting, reporting, and transactions.
• Interact with tax consultants, auditors, and authorities under guidance.
• Support internal control and follow up on audit findings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, HR on finance activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Controller in monthly financial closing and reporting activities.
• Review P&L, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support cost monitoring and basic cost analysis to assist in controlling operating expenses and improving cost visibility.
• Support Indonesian tax compliance and coordinate tax audits, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with the Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting, reporting, and transactional matters.
• Liaise with external tax consultants, auditors, and tax authorities under the guidance of the Finance Controller.
• Support internal control processes and follow up on audit findings, tax findings, and internal review points.
• Work closely with internal plant teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, HR) to support finance-related activities and discussions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; possession of Tax Brevet A & B is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or controlling roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment and/or tax/accounting firm.
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation (VAT, WHT, CIT); hands-on experience in supporting or handling Indonesian tax audits is required.
• Experience working in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external parties.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a lean team environment.
• Able to work independently with appropriate guidance and supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
