Job summary

DP World Indonesia is seeking a Director of Finance, Logistics to lead Accounting, Finance, and Treasury across all units in Jakarta. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance to support strategic decision-making and growth.

The incumbent will report to the VP of Finance and collaborate with the Cluster Finance team to strengthen governance and drive performance. Strong leadership and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) required.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, and treasury, including leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, reporting, and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounting, Finance, and Treasury operations, ensuring effective financial management and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting per local and international standards.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance with policies, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning and liquidity management.
• Monitor working capital and improve cash efficiency and financial stability.
• Collaborate with Cluster Finance to align governance and reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance, accounting, and treasury team.
• Support system automation and process improvements for efficiency.
