Job summary

PT. AKULAKU FINANCE is seeking a junior Data Analyst to assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, transforming raw data into usable formats for analysis, and supporting data management initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data supports decision-making, maintain datasets, and help generate reports and dashboards. Basic knowledge of Python/SQL and visualization tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or other data processing/analysis languages.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic querying.
• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of statistics and their application to data sets

Responsibilities

• Assist Data Collection & Entry in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources (e.g., databases, surveys, sensors).
• Help process raw data into usable formats for analysis (ETL/ELT).
• Ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted (Data Quality Assurance).
• Assist reports or dashboards to lead data team members.
• Maintain and update data sets from data management, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data is used effectively in decision‑making processes.
• Perform other data‑related tasks as required by the team or department.
