Finance Collection Officer (AR)

Job summary

Anabatic is hiring for an AR collection role in Indonesia. You will generate and dispatch invoices with supporting documents, monitor unbilled and outstanding AR, and prepare AR collection reports with proper documentation. Fluency in English is a plus, and immediate joining is preferred.

Fresh graduates or those with internship experience in collections are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 1 year of related experience are preferable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or related major.
• Fresh Graduate with internship experiences in Collection role are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in Collection preferable or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Create and send invoices with supporting documents to customers.
• Monitor and collect unbilled and outstanding accounts receivable.
• Prepare AR outstanding and collection reports and manage related documentation.
