Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records per standards and policies.
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decisions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management.
