Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage daily accounting, closing, and reconciliation tasks. The role involves ensuring data consistency between banking and financial records, preparing regulatory reports, and supporting audits and internal reviews.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting within financial institutions, with strong skills in spreadsheets and financial systems, and a track record in risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
• 2–5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in rural banks, commercial banks, or other financial institutions.
• Familiar with banking accounting, loans, interest income and related statements.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and banking-related regulatory reports; regulatory reporting experience preferred.
• Familiar with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards and basic taxation.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and financial systems.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Supervisor level: must have team management and data review experience.

• Assist in improving financial policies, internal controls, and financial documentation management.
• Supervisor level: Responsible for work allocation, data review, and work progress management within the team.

Requirements
