Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of financial management experience with leadership preferred.
• Strong PSAK and/or IFRS knowledge needed.
• Solid Indonesian tax compliance knowledge (PPh 21/22/23/25/29, VAT).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
• ERP experience (SAP B1 or equivalent).
• Ability to prepare and consolidate financial statements.
• Experience with multi-SKU inventory costing (cosmetics, skincare).
• Exposure to treasury/working capital management.
• Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax)
• Handle audits and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain internal controls and support regulatory reporting
• Identify process improvements and support system/ERP implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and cash flow management
• Oversee AP/AR operations and support closing processes
• Mentor junior finance staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Have more than 5 years of experience in financial management, with prior leadership roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and/or IFRS
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance: PPh 21, 22, 23, 25/29, and VAT (PPN)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent)
• Ability to prepare and consolidate financial statements
• Experience in inventory costing within multi-SKU industries (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
• Exposure to treasury operations or working capital management
• Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation
