Job summary

Ateria Health seeks a seasoned Head of Accounting to lead the preparation and review of timely financial statements in line with PSAK, statutory requirements and company policies.

You will develop robust internal controls, oversee budgeting and cash flow, ensure Indonesian tax compliance, and drive ERP optimization in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role requires strong leadership, analytical ability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification like CPA/CA is a plus.
• At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Job description

• Lead the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective internal controls, accounting policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial performance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax and corporate income tax, while coordinating with tax consultants, regulatory authorities and external auditors.
• Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team while fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the implementation, optimization, and daily operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations while driving continuous process improvements and automation.
• Partner with operations and other cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, business insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate statutory audits and ensure the timely resolution of audit findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA, CA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
• Min. 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience in the F&B, retail, hospitality or other multi-store business is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, financial reporting and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
