Job summary

PT Sarens Heavy Lifting and Transportation Indonesia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial function, drive compliance, and optimize performance. You will oversee budgeting, treasury, and reporting, while guiding a regional finance team and coordinating with external partners.

The role requires extensive accounting expertise, strong leadership, and experience with ERP systems and heavy-industry operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Experience in audits and working with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational companies or project-based industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting, transportation, engineering, or construction-related industries is an advantage.
