Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia is seeking a Finance Assistant to support incoming and outgoing financial transactions, maintain bank and cash books, and assist during month-end closures and audits. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong English proficiency.

The candidate will handle vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with SCI guidelines, while supporting procurement and travel expense settlements as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting or a similar field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data analysis; familiarity with accounting software (Agresso preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing financial transactions.
• Maintain bank and cash books with daily reconciliations.
• Prepare vouchers, journals, and related documentation.
