Job summary

PT Toyota Tsusho Techno Park Indonesia invites a Finance & Accounting professional with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Indonesia. The role emphasizes financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, and close processes, with strong ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Accurate/MYOB) and English communication.

The candidate will support daily operations in line with PSAK/IFRS, manage journals, ledgers, intercompany and tenant billing, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance & Accounting, incl. 1–2 years at Senior Staff level.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, taxation and closing.
• Experience in internal/external audits.
• Good understanding of PSAK and IFRS.
• Familiar with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate or MYOB.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supervisor in managing daily Finance & Accounting operations in compliance with PSAK/IFRS.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Review journal entries, general ledger, reconciliation, fixed assets, cash flow and accounts.
• Manage and review tenant billing, AP/AR, supplier payments, and financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate tax calculation, payment, and reporting (VAT, withholding tax).
• Prepare and review Bank Indonesia reports and other regulatory reports.
• Support internal/external audits and ensure proper financial documentation.
• Coordinate with tenants and internal departments on financial matters and resolve issues.
• Act as a second checker for financial transactions and develop junior team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance Finance & Accounting efficiency.

Job description

3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably with 1-2 years at Senior Staff level.

Strong experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, taxation, and financial closing.

Experience in internal and external audits.

Good understanding of PSAK and IFRS.

Familiar with accounting software/ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate, MYOB, or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, and other relevant formulas.

Good understanding of VAT, withholding tax, income tax, e-Faktur/e-Tax systems, and tax reporting.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with tenants, internal departments, auditors, and other external parties.

Brevet A & B certification is preferred/required.

Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
