Job summary

Sinergi Adhikarya Semesta is seeking a Jr Financial Analyst to analyze financial data, forecast, and report on financial performance. You will prepare for periodic business reviews and identify improvement opportunities from past performance results.

Key duties include monthly reporting, budgeting collaboration, and coordination with the SAP-based shared services team to ensure accurate transaction entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• 6+ years of experience in business finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical and data collection capabilities.
• High initiative and strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced level proficiency in Excel.
• Understanding of SAP systems.
• Experience in multinational companies in the same industry or subcontractor/EPC companies in the oil and gas sector.
• Big Four accounting firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and conduct forecasting and financial reporting.
• Report financial performance and prepare for periodic business reviews.
• Analyze past performance results, conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in calculating quarterly sales incentives.
• Work closely with business leaders to prepare budgets and projections, and monitor profit/loss performance per business unit.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results against plans and forecasts.
• Maintain a strong foundation of financial analysis in preparing forecasts.
• Coordinate with other departments and business units on various matters.
• Coordinate closely with the IBC RTR team at the shared service center and CFM to ensure smooth transaction entry in the SAP system.
