Job summary

Caterpillar invites applications for a Finance Analyst to join our global finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will partner with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Project Management and Logistics to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis that supports business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis, management accounting, commercial finance or business partnering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience using ERP and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement min

• Supporting month-end and year-end close activities.
• Identifying cost-saving and business improvement opportunities.
• Assisting with audit, governance and compliance requirements.
