Job summary

Club Med is seeking a G.O Assistant Finance Manager in Bandung, Indonesia. You will assist the financial manager with administrative, financial, accounting and budgetary management procedures, and help ensure accurate recording of income and invoices.

You will also prepare financial data for statements, conduct daily and monthly closings, and support reconciliations. This role offers opportunities to learn, collaborate across departments, and contribute to our financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist the financial manager in administrative, financial, accounting and budgetary management procedures
• Control and record income (entering customer payments, issuing invoices, reminders...)
• Record and centralize financial data to establish account balances, income statements and balance sheets in accordance with legal obligations
• Check the accuracy of accounting entries and report the situation to the financial manager
• Carry out coding and entry of invoices and bank reconciliation
• Carry out daily and monthly closings
