Job summary

Club Med is seeking a G.O Assistant Finance Manager to support the financial manager with administrative, financial, accounting and budgetary tasks, liaising across departments and ensuring processes are followed meticulously.

You will control and record income (enter customer payments, issue invoices, reminders), centralize financial data to prepare account balances, income statements and balance sheets in compliance with legal obligations, and perform bank reconciliations and monthly closings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the financial manager in administrative, financial, accounting and budgetary management procedures
• Control and record income (entering customer payments, issuing invoices, reminders…)
• Record and centralize financial data to establish account balances, income statements and balance sheets in accordance with legal obligations
• Check the accuracy of accounting entries and report the situation to the financial manager
• Carry out coding and entry of invoices and bank reconciliation
• Carry out daily and monthly closings
