Qualifications

• Able to manage multiple financial reports and payment requests independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Able to prioritize workloads and meet monthly reporting deadlines
• Capable of handling additional financial tasks during docking and fumigation periods
• Good communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
• Able to resolve routine financial issues independently and escalate special cases when necessary

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, payments, receipts, and expenses in Xero
• Review and manage petty cash reports and cash advance reports
• Prepare invoices, bills, reimbursements, and payment requests
• Verify calculations, budgets, receipts, tax invoices, and supporting documents
• Prepare vendor payments and banking transactions as Maker across 5 company bank accounts
• Monitor petty cash balances, operational expenses, and outstanding advances
• Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly closing and financial reporting
• Coordinate with Captains, Cruise Directors, Voyage Managers, crew, and other departments regarding financial matters
• Follow up on outstanding petty cash reports, reimbursements, and supporting documents
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely submission of financial reports
