Job summary

Kanmo Group in Jakarta seeks a capable administrative and finance support to assist the Group CFO and Finance teams. You will handle day-to-day administration, travel and filing, and help manage expenses and claims across group companies.

The role requires experience in finance (3–4 years) with focus on accounts payable, staff claims, and routine financial tasks. Join a growing retail group with multiple brands and a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in Finance function with experience in handling accounts payable and staff expenses/claims.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Group CFO with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
• Manage employee expenses and staff claims across group companies, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation.
• Maintain and track gift cards, including issuance, utilisation and reconciliation.
• Support Finance teams with routine administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with data, reports, documentation and other finance-related tasks as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of finance administration activities.

• Maintain and track gift cards, including issuance, utilisation and reconciliation.
• Support Finance teams with routine administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with data, reports, documentation and other finance-related tasks as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of finance administration activities.

Experience

• 3-4 years in Finance function doing finance associate role with an experience in handling accounts payables, claims etc
