Job summary

Kanmo Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant in Jakarta Pusat to support AP processing and payment transactions. The role involves invoice verification, basic 3-way matching (PO, GR, Invoice), and assisting with month-end activities. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome, and ERP knowledge plus English proficiency are a plus.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well in a team. Applicants should be able to join asap as the hiring is urgent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting; fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge and English proficiency are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing Accounts Payable invoices and payment transactions.
• Verify invoices and perform basic 3-way matching (PO, GR, and Invoice).
• Support review of mall-related invoices, vendor reconciliations, and payment documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Assist with month-end closing activities and coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Requirements
