Job summary

PT GENOMIK SOLIDARITAS INDONESIA is seeking a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to lead daily financial operations, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and deliver timely reporting.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls, with hands-on experience using Odoo ERP and advanced Excel. CA/CPA certifications are a plus, Brevet A/B preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• CA, CPA or other relevant certifications advantageous.
• Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP system.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in audits and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Finance, Accounting & Tax operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
• Coordinate tax calculation, payment, reporting, and reconciliation in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support and coordinate external audits, tax audits, and the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Develop and analyze financial and performance reports to support business decision-making.
• Participate in finance-related projects, including system implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct financial modeling, business analysis, and ad hoc reporting as required by management.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and support the development of Finance & Accounting staff.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of ERP systems and internal financial controls.
