Job summary

PT SYNTRONIC INDONESIA in Cikarang is seeking a Finance Accounting & Tax Staff specializing in Account Payable and Fixed Assets to join our finance team. You will handle AP processes, maintain asset records, and support monthly closures while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a 5+ years background in finance, exposure to bank transactions, tax basics, Excel proficiency, and English communication. We offer a dynamic environment within a multinational group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance, Treasury, Banking Institution or related position.
• Experience in handling Account Payable & good knowledge in Fixed Asset Management.
• Experience with bank transactions, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial processes.
• Good knowledge of taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently or in a team.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and fixed asset transactions.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and payment processing.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance, Treasury, Banking Institution or a related position.
• Experience in handling Account Payable & good knowledge in Fixed Asset Management.
• Experience in handling bank transactions, payment processing, and bank reconciliation is preferable.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial processes.
• Good knowledge of basic Taxation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or any ERP (accounting systems).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage confidential financial information with integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in the banking industry is considered an advantage
