• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

Responsabilités

• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Handle invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, and petty cash administration.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in cash flow monitoring.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage tax administration, including PPh, VAT (PPN), e-Faktur, and related tax documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, accounting processes, and tax administration to ensure compliance and operational efficiency within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain financial transactions accurately and timely

Handle invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, and petty cash administration

Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documents

Perform bank reconciliation and assist in cash flow monitoring

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Manage tax administration, including PPh, VAT (PPN), e-Faktur, and related tax documentation

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax role

Experience in the travel, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage

Good understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations

Familiar with Coretax, DJP Online, e-Faktur, and tax reporting systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

High level of integrity and responsibility
