Job summary

Travelio, based in Indonesia, seeks a Tax specialist to manage data accuracy and ensure tax compliance across day-to-day transactions. The role focuses on preparing tax reports and reconciliations for WHT and VAT, in close cooperation with accounting, tax, payables, and receivables teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in accounting/tax with GPA 3.0+, 1–2 years’ experience, and Brevet A & B certification. Proficiency in MS Excel and tax systems is expected. On-site in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Tax with a minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 from reputable university.
• Brevet A & B certificate is a must.
• 1–2 years relevant experience in a Big Corporation, startup, or tax consultant preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiar with tax reporting (PPh, PPN, CIT).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure accurate data related to tax.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Prepare tax reports and tax reconciliations for WHT and VAT.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, payables, and receivables teams to review vendor and partner taxes and suggest corrections.

Job description

Coordinate and ensure all accurate data related to Tax.

Ensure Compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Prepare tax report and tax reconciliation for WHT and VAT.

Working closely with accounting, tax, payables, and receivables teams to review the existing and new vendor and partner taxes and propose calculation or correction if any.

Provide advice and ensure implementation of proper tax compliance on the Company’s day-to-day transactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Tax with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00) from reputable University.

Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience (preferably in Big Corporation or Start-up Company or Tax Consultant).

Have Brevet A & B Certificate is a must.

Excellent analytical skill & detail oriented.

Proficient in Ms. Excel.

Ecperience in Tax Report PPh, PPN, CIT.

Have Brevet A & B is a plus.

Familiar with E-SPT, Web SPT, E-Faktur and Coretax system.

Willingness to full Work From Office in South Jakarta.
