Job summary

PT Global Putra Kusuma is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to strengthen the corporate financial management team. You will lead audit preparation, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide timely data to management and auditors.

The role requires 5–6 years in Finance & Accounting within a trading environment, deep knowledge of Indonesia GAAP, IFRS, PSAK, and tax regulations, and strong Excel skills. Fluent English and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting in a corporate environment, specifically in the trading industry, with a supervisor or manager level.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesia GAAP, PSAK, IFRS and updated tax regulations.
• Strong financial statement analysis skills.
• Good understanding of fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization.
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions such as IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong presentation, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Management & Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately tracked, timely reported, and maintained in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Financial Statements & Reviews: Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Indonesia GAAP, and review periodic activity reports to support management and annual budget proposals.
• Business Insights & Decision Support: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic business decisions.
• Assets & Financing Calculations: Calculate and update fixed asset depreciation, prepayment amortization, and loan/leasing calculations.
• Audit Preparation: Lead and manage the external audit process to ensure the validity, transparency, and compliance of the company's financial reporting.

About the Role

The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for external audit preparation, ensuring the accuracy of the company's financial reports, and providing accurate and timely financial data to management and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management & Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately tracked, timely reported, and maintained in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Financial Statements & Reviews: Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Indonesia GAAP, and review periodic activity reports (such as accounts receivable/sales listings, accounts payable/purchase listings, taxation equalization, and reconciliations) to support management and annual budget proposals.

Business Insights & Decision Support: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic business decisions.

Assets & Financing Calculations: Calculate and update fixed asset depreciation, prepayment amortization, and loan/leasing calculations (principal and interest).

Audit Preparation: Lead and manage the external audit process to ensure the validity, transparency, and compliance of the company's financial reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting.

Work Experience: At least 5–6 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting within a corporate environment (specifically in the trading industry), with a minimum experience level as a Supervisor or Manager.

Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge and understanding of Finance & Accounting audit principles in accordance with Indonesia GAAP, PSAK, IFRS, and updated tax regulations.

Strong financial statement analysis skills to identify and resolve complex financial issues.

Good understanding of fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization.

Proficient in using MS Excel (advanced functions such as IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Language & Soft Skills:

Fluent in communicating in English, both verbal and written.

Good presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
