Job description

This is a Finance, Accounting & Tax position based in Bogor. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the preparation and review of financial statements.

Key responsibilities

Bookkeeping and transaction recording

Cash flow monitoring

Tax calculation and compliance

Budgeting and forecasting support

Financial analysis

Support internal audit activities

Coordinate with external tax authorities when required

Communicate financial information clearly to internal stakeholders

About you

Strong understanding of Finance and Financial Statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support business decision-making

Hands-on experience with accounting software and general accounting processes

Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and tax compliance

Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external parties

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work systematically

Experience in manufacturing or B2B industries is a plus

Professional certifications in accounting or taxation are an advantage
