Job summary

Boogie Apparel Indonesia is seeking a Finance Intern to support essential financial processes and learn how to transform data into actionable insights. You will assist with payments, accounting entries, tax invoices, and cost reviews across divisions, building a solid foundation for a future Finance Staff role.

The role emphasizes accuracy, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with multiple teams while you gain hands-on experience in financial reporting and documentation management.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with Diploma/S1 in Accounting or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting, financial reports, financial administration, and taxation.
• Meticulous, with good analytical ability, and accustomed to working with numbers and data.
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (mastery of basic formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an added value)

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial administration processes, including verification of payment documents, input of accounting transactions, and management of tax invoices
• Support the process of reviewing and monitoring company operational costs, including data recapitulation and coordination with relevant divisions to ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as material for decision-making evaluation
• Perform filing and management of financial documents in an organized, systematic manner, and in accordance with company procedures
• Support Finance & Accounting projects or other initiatives as needed by the team
