PT. Royal Dparagon Land is seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead financial operations, including receipts, expenditures, cash and bank activities, and the accuracy of reports.

You will ensure timely monthly and annual closings, conduct budgeting and cost control, and enforce SOPs and internal controls while guiding the Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 4–5 years in finance and 1–2 years in supervision; strong Excel

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
• 4–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• 1–2 years in a Supervisory/Team Leader role in Finance & Accounting.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial report prep, cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

• Supervise and control all financial activities, including receipts, expenditures, cash, and bank operations
• Monitor cash flow and manage company debt and receivables
• Oversee accounting transaction recording and ensure accuracy of financial reports
• Ensure monthly and annual financial report closing processes run on time
• Conduct financial report analysis, budgeting, and cost control
• Ensure Finance & Accounting SOP and internal control implementation runs well
• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate Finance & Accounting team performance
• Prepare reports and provide financial recommendations to management
