Job summary

PT Duta Pertiwi Mandiri is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting leader to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive cash flow management. You will coordinate with banks, tax consultants, and external parties while supervising HR, legal, and warehouse administration.

The role reports to the Director(s) and requires strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, at least 5 years in finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, & Tax; with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, AR/AP, and payment processes.
• Experience with Odoo and/or Accurate is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations, including financial reporting, cash flow, AR, AP, and payments.
• Prepare monthly Financial Statements and management reports.
• Monitor weekly cash flow, liquidity, collections, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with banks, tax consultants, legal counsel, and other external parties.
• Manage HR, legal, and supervise warehouse administrative matters.
• Provide regular financial and operational reports directly to the Director(s).
• Support management with financial analysis and other ad-hoc assignments.
