Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience as Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Experience in e-commerce or online retail industries.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage cash inflow, cash outflow, and petty cash according to company procedures.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors/suppliers based on supporting documents.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and organize financial documents systematically in accordance with audit standards.
• Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, cash, and bank transactions.
• Manage AP/AR, including invoice validation and payment scheduling.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and operational cost control.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
