Job summary

Farovon Maju Bersama is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to support daily finance operations. You will handle financial transactions, maintain records, and assist with reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Accurate or SAP. You will work closely with the team to ensure compliance and smooth financial processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years in Finance and/or Accounting; fresh graduates welcome.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and cycle.
• Knowledge of cash flow, banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Familiar with basic taxation (VAT, PPh, e-Faktur, e-Bupot); Brevet A/B is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Handle financial administration, cash flow monitoring, payments, and reimbursements.
• Prepare journals and ensure entries are correctly recorded.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks and payment-related parties.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account balances.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Ensure invoices, receipts, vouchers, and documents are complete and accurate.
• Assist with tax calculations and reporting.
• Monitor transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure balance accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
