Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, strong taxation knowledge, experience with SP2DK, and proficiency in Accurate software. Fluent English is essential for communications and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Proficient in accounting, finance, and taxation.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experienced in taxation.
• Experienced in data correction/amendment.
• Experienced in handling SP2DK (Tax Clarification Request Letter).
• Proficient in Accurate Desktop/Online software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company’s financial bookkeeping.
• Post operational journal entries.
• Prepare the company’s annual financial statements.
• Input accounting journal data into the system.
• Review and verify the completeness of documents related to company transactions.
• Perform reconciliations and adjustments for all journal accounts and financial data.
• Issue sales invoices and tax invoices to customers.
• Archive all documents processed by the company as evidence of each purchase and sale transaction.
• Verify payment documents and execute payments to vendors.
• Follow up and collect outstanding invoices from customers, and update accounts receivable data.
• Process employee reimbursement and all operational office payments after verifying supporting documents.
• Calculate and report monthly tax obligations (PPh 21, 25, 4(2), 23, and VAT).
• Submit the Annual Tax Return (SPT Tahunan).
• Coordinate with internal and external teams regarding payments to vendors and customers.
• Calculate employee salaries and benefits.
• Analyze project financials and company sales performance.
• Update and process monthly payments for BPJS Employment and BPJS Health.
• Manage finance-related administrative tasks.
• Handle bank accounts and petty cash, record all transactions in detail, and prepare weekly cash flow reports.
• Prepare the company’s balance sheet and profit & loss statement
