Job summary

Ctlyst is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager in Jakarta to lead the finance function and drive improvements across processes, systems, and ways of working.

You will oversee daily operations, month-end close, and financial reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the technology group, to optimize ERP workflows and ensure scalable, compliant financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance & Accounting experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong hands-on accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of PSAK and tax regulations.
• Experience in process improvement and ERP optimization.
• Experience across multiple entities or business units preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support management in making informed business decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external parties.
• Identify manual or inefficient Finance & Accounting processes and take initiatives to simplify, standardize, and improve them across multiple entities.
• Work closely with internal teams and Technology/Development team to improve ERP processes and financial workflows.
• Help translate Finance & Accounting needs into system or process improvements and work with relevant teams to implement them.
• Establish and improve financial controls and processes to support business growth and increasing transaction volumes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Requirement:
