Job summary

Our client, an international consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join its team in Central Jakarta. You will oversee statutory and general accounting, cash flow and treasury management, and financial reporting while coordinating with auditors and tax advisors.

The role reports to the Finance Director and offers exposure to regional and global offices. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance and accounting, leadership experience, strong analytical skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls.
• Experience in a multinational, professional services, or consulting environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good command of English.
