Job summary

PT Andira Financial Indonesia is seeking a Senior Staff – Finance & Accounting with experience in PJP or Banking/POS to support transaction management, reconciliation, and financial reporting. The role ensures financial administration processes run accurately and in line with company procedures.

The position involves coordinating with internal teams and external parties, handling tax processes, budgeting, and data preparation for audits, while maintaining high integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Payment Service Provider, Banking, or POS/Payment industry.
• Understanding of finance & accounting processes in financial services.
• Understanding of transaction reconciliation and settlement.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• High integrity and sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Recording and managing company financial transactions.
• Conducting bank reconciliation and transaction reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Preparing financial reports and internal company reports.
• Monitoring Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Checking transactions, settlements, and financial supporting documents.
• Assisting with cash flow monitoring and company payment requirements.
• Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Preparing data and documents for audit requirements.
• Assisting with tax processes and financial administration.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external parties regarding finance & accounting needs.
