Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in rural banks, commercial banks, or other financial institutions is mandatory.
• Familiar with banking accounting, loans, interest, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and banking-related regulatory reports; actual regulatory reporting experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards and basic taxation.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and financial systems.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Supervisor level: Must have team management and data review experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial accounting, bookkeeping, and monthly closing.
• Reconcile banking data with financial data to ensure consistency.
• Assist in preparing financial regulatory reports.
• Handle accounting for loans, interest income, and related income and expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account and fund data reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and financial data for management.
• Support external audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews.
• Assist in improving financial policies, internal controls, and documentation management.
• Supervisor level: allocate work, review data, and manage progress within the team.
