Job summary

Flip is seeking a Finance & Accounting Lead to own the company’s end-to-end finance and accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing regulatory reporting, and ensuring strong financial controls across the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business decisions, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
2–5 years in finance/accounting roles, fintech/startup preferred.
Audit experience (Big 4 or similar) is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting and internal controls.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting (BI or OJK) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, accruals, and adjustments for timely reporting.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with variance analysis.
Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and cash balances across accounts.
Maintain and improve accounting systems (Xero, Odoo, or similar).
Oversee vendor payments, verification, scheduling, and internal controls.
Support external audits with documentation and schedules.
