Lippo Karawaci is hiring a Finance Accounting - Cashier for Sentul Bogor to manage daily cash and non-cash transactions, issue receipts, and keep precise records for the Finance team. The candidate should have an Accounting/Finance background, at least 1 year as a cashier, and strong Excel and customer-service skills; able to work in a team within a service-focused environment.

Role requires accuracy, discretion with financial data, and collaboration with Finance and Operations to resolve

Formación

• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier, preferably in hospitality, retail, customer service, or a service-oriented business.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling, payment processing, and transaction reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with cashier or payment systems.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and well-organized.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily cash and non-cash transactions, process customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Ensure accurate payment activities and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Maintain organized records of daily transactions, receipts, invoices, and payment documents.
• Prepare daily cashier reports and submit them to the Finance team or supervisor.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams regarding payment confirmation and transaction documentation.
• Follow company policies, financial procedures, and internal control standards.
• Escalate complex payment concerns to the appropriate department.

Finance Accounting - Cashier (San Diego Hills Sentul)

Responsible for handling daily cash and non-cash transactions, processing customer payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate transaction records. The Cashier ensures that all payment activities are conducted accurately, efficiently, and professionally while providing courteous service to customers and supporting the operational and financial administration of the company.

Process customer payments for products and services accurately, including cash, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

Maintain accurate cash records and ensure the security of cash on hand.

Report cash discrepancies, payment errors, or suspicious transactions to the immediate supervisor.

Maintain organized records of daily transactions, receipts, invoices, and payment documents.

Prepare daily cashier reports and submit them to the Finance team or supervisor.

Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams regarding payment confirmation and transaction documentation.

Handle payment concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

Follow company policies, financial procedures, and internal control standards.

Ensure all transactions are supported by valid documentation and appropriate authorization.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and financial records.

Qualifications

Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier, preferably in hospitality, retail, customer service, or a service-oriented business.

Basic knowledge of cash handling, payment processing, and transaction reconciliation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with cashier or payment systems.

Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and well-organized.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work in Sentul Bogor.
