Job summary

GIGI SUSU in Bali seeks an Accounting/Finance staff to support daily cash audits and reconciliations, record transactions into the general ledger, and prepare key financial reports. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, handle daily sales reconciliation across payment methods (cash, transfer, EDC, QRIS), and use Excel/Google Sheets and Jurnal.id to keep data accurate and organized.

QUALIFICATION

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.

Understanding of basic accounting principles, financial transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Able to prepare and analyze financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and General Ledger.

Experienced in handling daily sales reports and reconciling various payment methods (cash, transfer, EDC, QRIS, etc.), including bank deposits.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiar with accounting software, preferably experienced in using Jurnal.id.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and able to work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.

High integrity and able to maintain company data confidentiality.

Able to work independently as well as in a team, with a strong willingness to learn.
