1HORA is seeking a finance professional to manage daily financial transactions, including AP and AR, and to maintain accurate records. The role requires 3-4 years of finance experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of tax regulations.

The candidate will prepare monthly financial reports and assist with quarterly and annual statements, while coordinating with warehousing for stock opname and stock item control. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• English proficiency is a must.
• 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Tax Brevet A & B.
• Proficient in Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
• Good communication and coordination across departments.

Monitor outstanding AR/AP and follow up on pending or overdue transactions

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

Handle tax-related matters, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, and PPN, as applicable to the company

Perform account reconciliations and ensure transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Coordinate with warehouse for Stock opname and stock item

QualificationEnglish proficiency is a must

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
