Job summary

Speedwork is seeking a Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives across the organization. You will work with department heads to allocate resources, monitor expenses, and prepare insightful financial reports for senior management and the board.

You will also provide strategic analysis, drive profitability, and lead special financial projects as needed, such as M&A or new business strategies, while ensuring compliance with PSAK/IFRS and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CMA) are a plus.
• 3–5 years in auditing, accounting or finance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of PSAK, IFRS and tax regulations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or similar financial software.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Available for placement in Tangerang.

Minimum Qualifications

• Have 3-5 years of experience in auditors, accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS), and tax regulations
• Experience in managing financial reports, budget preparation, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance
• Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or other financial software
• Proven experience in supervising and guiding accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, present financial reports, and explain complex financial concepts
• Available for placement in Tangerang
