Job summary

Multinational Multimedia Company Indonesia Branch seeks a Finance and Accounting Staff to support daily financial activities and reporting in Jakarta. You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, stock records, and cost reporting, working closely with the team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Diploma 3 in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Brevet A & B, English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency, and experience with Accurate and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a company that sells products on online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Handle Warehouse (stock opname, stock mutation)
• Recapitulate Cash and bank statements
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Make warehouse stock report
• Make reports on the cost of expeditions outside cities transactions
• Recapitulate and Report PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final
• Make financial reports
