Job summary

Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor filling and weighing equipment in a busy manufacturing setting. You will ensure precise measurement, perform quality checks, and assist with maintenance and data recording.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating filling/weighing machinery in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy in measurement and packaging.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor adjustments
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in shifts with overtime

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust filling and weighing equipment per production schedules.

• Ensure accurate measurement and dispensing of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform routine quality checks on product weight, fill levels, and packaging integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues with machinery.
• Conduct regular cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality control results.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulations, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other production team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience (1-2 years) operating filling and weighing machinery in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the feed or food industry.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
