Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking a production operator to run filling and weighing machinery according to schedules, ensure accurate measurement of raw materials and finished products, and uphold hygiene standards.

You will perform routine quality checks, record production data, work in shifts, and collaborate with the team to meet daily targets while maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience operating filling and weighing machinery in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
• Understanding of basic safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust filling and weighing equipment according to production schedules and specifications.
• Ensure accurate measurement and dispensing of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform routine quality checks on product weight, fill levels, and packaging integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues with machinery.
• Conduct regular cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality control results.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulations, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other production team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
